Published April 4, 2026 — A two-piece set of Granitestone Diamond Pro Blue Stainless sauté pans has been recalled after reports that the metal cap on the handle heated up and “forcefully ejected.” Manufacturer E Mishan says it has received at least 98 incident reports, including one consumer who suffered bruising and burn injuries.
About 740,000 sets may be affected. The pans were sold nationwide at Costco and through online retailers including Walmart.com and Amazon.com. Each recalled package contains a 10-inch pan and an 11.5-inch pan; the UPC is 0-80313-08131-6.
E Mishan posted the recall notice on the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission website and advised consumers to stop using the sauté pans immediately. The company is offering a full refund; customers should contact E Mishan for instructions on returning the product and obtaining reimbursement.
If you own these pans, check the UPC and set size, discontinue use right away, and follow the recall guidance posted by E Mishan and the CPSC to arrange a refund or return.
